Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted price.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued if services are not provided as agreed due to our error.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free if requested 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
