Scope of Services
Friends Move provides:
- Furniture moving, assembly, and disassembly.
- Kitchen relocation and installation.
- Eco-friendly removal of old furniture and waste.
- Delivery and assembly of purchases from IKEA, eBay, etc.
- Buying and selling used furniture.
Services are available in Worms, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Heidelberg, Weinheim, Darmstadt, Kaiserslautern, and Lambsheim.
Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate details for quotes and services.
- Ensure clear access to properties and safe working conditions.
- Report damages within 48 hours of service completion.
Liability
- We are fully insured but not liable for pre-existing damage or customer-packed items.
- Maximum liability is limited to the service fee unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise specified.
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by German law. Disputes will be resolved in Lambsheim, Germany courts.
